Clean night guard in denture cleaner for 5-10 minutes only if needed every other week or 1 time a month. Brush lightly with non-abrasive toothpaste and avoid brushing inside of night guard.
Rinse daily with cool water.
Store in cool water to keep moist.
Do not brush inside of night guard.
Do not boil.
