1.- There MUST be a responsible adult (over 18 years old) to escort the patient home. The escort MUST come with the patient and then take the patient home.2.- Drink just enough water to swallow your pills. You may have a light meal 2 hours prior to surgery but no alcohol consumption 12 hours prior and 24 hours after the procedure.3.- Minors (under 18 years of age) MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.4.- Please wear clothing non-restricting to the neck and arms such as shirt, blouse or top.5.- Contact lenses MUST be removed prior to surgery appointment.6.- Please take your prescribed medication(s) as instructed by your physician, unless instructed otherwise
