● Clean night guard in denture cleaner for 5-10 minutes only if needed every other week or 1 time a month. Brush lightly with non-abrasive toothpaste and avoid brushing inside of night guard.
● Rinse daily with cool water.
● Store in cool water to keep moist.
● Do not brush inside of night guard.
● Do not boil.
